Our vision We aspire to empower students by enabling them to realize their fullest potential.
Our Mission Our aim is to empower students by enabling them to choose a career that is a mix of their abilities in order to achieve professional success and personal satisfaction.
It is always said that we all have some qualities which makes us a different person and that becomes our USP: Unique Selling Point. This is such a beautiful term that we can choose to apply it to ourselves. There is a difference between two individuals which is visible to everyone. This difference is because of the situations we have faced during our upbringing and the values seeded at an early age. This difference makes an individual unique, which is why it becomes ones USP. It is very important for one to know his/her uniqueness. Unless one knows it, one cannot use it to his/her advantage, and cannot act to the benefit. It is not a superpower, but for sure it can be used to have the great life.
Choosing a career is not an easy task to accomplish. The starting point to make a choice is to know about your own self or evaluate your personal interests and values. This Career Guidance Assessment is a comprehensive test. It will make you understand your strengths and areas of improvement.
At the end of the process you can make a well informed career decision close to your heart.
Career Guidance Assessment can help students and parents identify the best career choices based on what a child - Can Do (Aptitude), Wants To Do (Interest) and Should do (Personality) followed by a detailed counselling for parent & kid.
The integration of your interest, aptitude and personality is aligned to the most suitable career options.
Career Diagnostic Assessment: 18 to 24 Years (Graduate / Engineers / Post Graduates)
Career Diagnostic Assessment is a mix of psychometric and skills assessment to assess your various aptitude skills, work place competencies and personality traits, which help you to identify your strengths and make a career decision to choose a functional role in an organisation.
Many employers want as much information about prospective employees in advance of an interview. While a resume and covering letter will demonstrate a number of key factors that may be desirable, the picture created really is only a very small proportion of the information required by an employer for more specialised roles when assessing a graduate or a post graduate student.
Career Diagnostic Assessment will provide you with in-depth information of your workplace skills, aptitude skills and compatibility to specific functional roles at a glance.
For e.g. when you are between 14 to 18 years of age (IX to XII Grade) and you get engineering as a career option suggested in your report, you would know that you have to opt for science with physics, chemistry and mathematics after standard 10th and need to prepare for competitive exams in similar line. You will also be guided to various entrance exams that will be relevant for your career choice during the counselling session with our experienced counsellors.
Similarly at the later stage when you are about to graduate or when you are completing your post-graduation, you need to know your Employability Quotient and Career Success Indicators?
Knowing and understanding your employability quotient and career success indicators have two-fold benefit for you, as you will be aware of your current EQ and will also gain an insight into your personality traits and the type of role suits your behaviour.
MyDisha will also help you in knowing your personality traits, which means the report will guide you to select the job profile which suits your personality, a profile which you are inclined to from within and not because your best friend wants to pursue it. As said by a famous businessman and author of many best sellers, Harvey Mackay "Find something you love to do and you'll never have to work a day in your life."
Even working professionals in their early part of career ( 0 to 2 years experience) can take these assessment based on their qualification to identify their strengths and weaknesses, which will help them for further development or go for further education; which may be required to elevate themselves and make yourself more suitable for the next level of growth.
